Orders can be placed by phone or by fax.

Minimum Orders:

$ 100.00 minimum per order. $50.00 minimum re-order. Half dozen per style. $5.00 Charge under minimum.

First Orders: All first orders must be prepaid.

Methods: Visa, Mastercard, COD shipment, company check. The surcharge for COD shipments is $10.00

Claims & Returns: Returns subject to a 20% restocking fee. Notice on damaged or missing product required withing 10 days of product receipt.

Terms for after orders: Terms of net 30 days with a particular credit limit can be set up after we
have received and approved a credit application.
You can apply for terms by submitting at least three references.
Please, make sure to include the fax numbers of your references (and not just phone numbers) as well as your account numbers (if any).

Please, submit it when you place your first order. The Federal Tax ID Number consists of 9 digits and should not be confused with your State Resale Number.

Delivery time
Please allow 1 to 2 weeks for delivery of most products.
We usually ship 1 day after your order confirmation – unless we receive different ship date instructions.
